Olivia is one of the co-founders of Waypoint Systems and has helped shape the company from the basis of an innovative master's degree project into the European SME that it is today. She takes the complicated terminologies and technologies of the web and packages them into user friendly services that meet the needs of our clients.

Olivia's customer relations skills have developed as a result of her career progression through a different industry, that of the world of hotels. This started with the successful completion of a degree in Hotel and Catering Management, which included a placement at the Marriot Hotel in Cambridge, Boston (stomping ground for MIT).

This was followed by enrolment on the prestigious De Vere Graduate program where she was given a whirlwind tour of life behind the scenes in the top hotels in the UK. She worked her way up through the ranks, in pressure thriving positions such as Assistant Manager of the Grand Hotel in Brighton, where the UK’s political parties hold their annual conferences, through to organizing and running elaborate weddings for the rich and famous at the Compleat Angler Hotel in Marlow.

Olivia has an ability to interpret what the clients' real goals are and uses her skills to ensure the solutions we create meet their needs. This is achieved through close liaison with the client, exceptional organization skills and outstanding project management.

Olivia has developed a passion for sailing and enjoys trips to Wales to race her high performance dinghy on those precious few weekends away. She also enjoys following her passion for cooking by hosting celebrations for her friends and family.

Olivia's role in Waypoint Systems is to ensure that the business is running smoothly and efficiently, managing the day to day business administration tasks, monitoring the company's performance and ensuring our continued high levels of quality and productivity.
